Monitor Vehicle Fuel Consumption with GPS Tracker

Types of Fuel Sensors

iTracksafe GPS tracker MT3F supports three types of fuel sensors, each offering unique advantages:

1. Ultrasonic Fuel Sensors:
   - These do not require drilling into the fuel tank.
   - Simply attach them to the tank's exterior for accurate readings.

2. Drill-Mounted Fuel Sensors:
   - Require customization based on the tank's height.
   - Offer precise measurements by directly accessing the tank's interior.

3. Immersion Liquid Level Sensors:
   - Inserted directly into the tank.
   - Custom lengths are manufactured according to the fuel tank's dimensions.

Comprehensive Fuel Report Of iTracksafe GPS Platform, which include:

1.  Real-Time Fuel Levels: The device uploads current fuel data consistently.

2. Daily and Monthly Fuel Consumption Details:
Track how much fuel is used each day or month to monitor vehicle efficiency over time.

3. Idle Fuel Consumption:
Identify how much fuel is consumed while the vehicle is idling, helping reduce waste during non-operational times.

4. Mileage-Based Fuel Analysis:
Understand the relationship between distance traveled and fuel used for optimizing vehicle routes and fuel usage.

5. Detailed Refueling and Leakage Records:

Identifies fuel loss incidents, helping detect potential leaks. Insights into refueling patterns.

7. Time-Based and Work-Hour Fuel Usage**:
   -  Time-Based Usage: Monitor fuel usage during specific periods.
   - Work-Hour Usage: Correlate fuel consumption with active work hours for task-specific analysis.

These features provide in-depth insights, allowing businesses to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain accountability across their fleets.

How the System Works

1.  Sensor Installation:
Attach the chosen fuel sensor to the tank. Ultrasonic sensors require no modifications, while others need preparation based on the tank’s size.

2. Data Transmission:
The sensor transmits real-time data to the GPS tracker, which uploads this information to our monitoring platform.

3. Data Visualization:
View fuel level changes over time through iTracksafe platform's interface, enabling businesses to optimize vehicle operations and prevent fuel theft or wastage.

Why Monitor Fuel with GPS?

Cost Savings: Avoid overfilling and reduce fuel theft risks.
Improved Efficiency: Optimize routes by analyzing fuel consumption patterns.
Better Maintenance: Early detection of leaks can prevent costly repairs.
